Access to alerts is free by default. The Safety Gate platform is provided by the European Union for free access. Our software just automates the process for businesses for greater efficiency. Our plans start from a little more than 3 Eur/month, and grow according to your needs.

Yes, with the Enterprise Plan, you can use the API to sync your barcodes and get alert reports.
Yes, in fact, you have two other solutions even without system integration:
  • The first one is to simply upload the barcodes file in the platform. This feature is available starting from the Business Tier.
  • The second solution is a hybrid approach available in the Enterprise Plan, using the API through available tools like curl, Microsoft Excel and Windows Task Scheduler. You generate the latest version of the barcodes in a file, and schedule curl to post the barcodes automatically into our platform. We also provide an excel file that automatically refreshes and shows the reports provided through the API. This solutions is a good automated workaround when system integration is impossible or hard to implement.
